Since this was my 1st experience as administrator for the Flu Clinic, I made sure all copies and supplies were ready well in advance for the former administrator was going to be out of the office during this time. I received 2 calls from Barbara Hojnacki confirming and double checking everything. Barbara arrived well ahead of the scheduled 1st appointment, very personable, very organized and extremely professional. Many of our associates commented on her ability to stick without feeling the pinch! Several asked her if she really had given the shot, she is so fast!, and she asked if they wanted it again!! Her humor helped those 1st timers who were a bit hesitant as she conversed and distracted. Truly, a very gifted nurse. Many people remembered last year's clinic with negative statements regarding that nurse. Be sure we will be requesting Barbara for next year. Thank you.
